Mayor’s 18th Annual Charity Golf Classic Tournament Benefiting Lehigh Valley Active Life
All golfers receive a swag bag and lunch after the tournament, as well as a hot dog or pizza on the 9th hole along with a soda or beer or beverage of their choice from Jack’s Slice.
We are also looking to fill the following sponsorship packages. These include a half page ad in the golf program (which go to every golfer) and also on our website. (approx. 80)
1. Cookie/dessert sponsor: you can put your label on the dessert after the lunch. We are looking for a large, packaged cookie, crumble, or other packaged dessert they can eat there or take home.
2. Beverage sponsor: donation of 13 cases of water and 8 cases of Powerade or Gatorade. Get a half page ad in program and on the website.
3. Donate to the “swag bag. ” A snack for golfers to enjoy while on the course. Have your business label on a packaged breakfast treat (packaged cookie or granola bar) that will go in 100 swag bags the golfers receive at the tournament. Also includes a half page ad
4. Golf ball sponsor: provide us with or cover the cost ($500) of a three-pack sleeve of golf balls for each swag bag. Also includes a foursome to play golf and a half page ad.
5.Golf towel sponsor: provide us with or cover the cost ($500) of a golf towel for each swag bag. Also includes a foursome to play golf and a half page ad.
6.Donations of bottles of wine or alcohol to our raffle baskets.
7.”Dinner for 2″ Gift card donations ($50) to local restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley.
A certificate of sales tax exemption for your donation can be provided if needed.
